Everything about this book is about precise. Clear, Lots of (fictional) situations where they follow a team story and explain the pros/cons and value of the agile way.

Simple and clear

A few books are required to get the gist of all the aspects of agile, from ideas to follow. This book aims to collect the best of theory and practice in a pleasant way into one book and captures wonderfully.

helpful for Agile

I can say from practice that they are very important. I would bypass significant regret if this book had been written sooner.

Agile Project Management is a very useful concept, seen also elsewhere, in this book the practical steps for achieving it, or rather the steps that one should avoid, are outlined as well.

Nice guide

August book if you’re new to agile. Inserts exercise into scenarios and real-life application. Also simple to look up specific aspects of agile and read up on need-to-know data.
