Possibly better if it were in print
I was excited to try this recommended audible book; however, I just couldn’t get into this. First of all I see that there are recipes but there are no PDF files so basically if you want to use a recipe you will have to write down what it is that he is saying. That being said the recipe section is pretty short. I believe it was the first chapter where he asked lots of questions and it just kept going on and on. I really wanted to like this book because I do have a medical condition that I think can be helped by the information contained within; I just couldn’t get past the first chapter and couldn’t get over that fact that there were no PDF files with recipes on them.

Has very little content
If I could get this book 0 stars I would. It has some facts about nutrition but very little that actually deals with acid reflux.
