Publisher's summary
If you've ever been interested in learning how to "hack" your mind and improve your memory, you've come to the right place.
Mind hacking
What exactly is “mind hacking?”
“Mind hacking” is about getting your mind to do things your mind doesn’t know it can do or isn’t doing, things that you want it to do.
The mind is extremely powerful, but it has no direction, and that’s where you come into play. You need to give your mind its direction, and when it doesn’t give you what you want, that is when you might “hack” it to work around its natural design and limitations.
That is what hacking your mind is about - getting that infinitely powerful mind of yours to do something you want it to do, even when it isn’t complying or doesn’t understand.
Very few people get full access and control of their mind and discover what it’s truly capable of. Think about what has been achieved when the mind has been used at full capacity.
It’s been used to invent light bulbs, printing presses, computers, phones, and even harness the power of the sun.
Think about that. Someone’s mind once thought, “I can feel the heat from the sun so there has to be energy there. I think I can harness that energy to produce electricity that humans can use.”
How far-fetched did that sound the first time someone heard it? But now we have solar power.
Imagine if you could harness that kind of mind power and use it for yourself?
What could yours accomplish?
That’s what we are doing here in this book. We are attempting to advance the potential of the human mind, and more specifically, yours.
Memory Improvement
What if I told you that after listening to this book you will be able to remember more, recall your memories faster, make better decisions, and even achieve your goals?
Well, it’s true.
Improving your memory isn’t just about remembering phone numbers or where you put your keys.
By remembering to look after and improve your memory, you can boost the performance of your mind so that more information will be available more quickly, you can make better decisions because you have more data points, and even achieve your goals more effectively.
This book gives you the following set of insights so that you can identify the areas that you can improve on and it gives you the tools and the rational on how to improve them. It is a holistic view and path to improving your memory.
Here’s a quick preview of what you’ll learn:
- The way the mind remembers
- The way the brain adjusts itself to create and fortify memories
- And much more
If you have been looking for a way to up the stakes in the game of life, or if you have been looking to solidify your mind, then don't wait any longer, order your copy now!

Our thought lives have incredible power over our mental, emotional, and even physical well-being. In fact, our thoughts can either limit us to what we believe we can do or release us to experience abilities well beyond our expectations. When we choose a mindset that extends our abilities rather than placing limits on ourselves, we will experience greater intellectual satisfaction, emotional control, and physical health. The only question is... how?

Story
In this book, we travel inside Emily's and Paul's brains as they attempt to sort the vast quantities of information they're presented with, figure out how to prioritize it, organize it, and act on it. Fortunately for Emily and Paul, they're in good hands: David Rock knows how the brain works - and more specifically, how it works in a work setting. Rock shows how it's possible for Emily and Paul, and thus the listener, not only to survive in today's overwhelming work environment but succeed in it - and still feel energized and accomplished at the end of the day.

Story
Consciousness is our gateway to experience: it enables us to recognize Van Gogh’s starry skies, be enraptured by Beethoven’s Fifth, and stand in awe of a snowcapped mountain. Yet consciousness is subjective, personal, and famously difficult to examine: philosophers have for centuries declared this mental entity so mysterious as to be impenetrable to science. In The Ravenous Brain, neuroscientist Daniel Bor departs sharply from this historical view, and proposes a new model for how consciousness works.

Amazing book
Amazing book. I listenit in 2 days. I got so surprised to listen it contains information about learning, speed listening, how to get to alpha state, how to be happier, etc, etc. If you gather all this book teaches and apply it to your everyday life at learning and other parts of regular life, it will change your life forever.

Well worth the price.
Excellent book. I have used some of the techniques before and they do work. There are also techniques I have not used before and will try it in going forward. Kyle brings the message across in an easy understandable language.

Worthwhile
This book is a great course for memory. It is concise, direct, complete with examples and systems. The only way it will not work is if the listener is too lazy to follow through. As the old proverb goes, "I can lead you to here, but the rest is up to you."

Great collection of Learning Techniques
Its amazing that of all the stuff you are taught in school, nobody helps you learn! This is a great collection of learning techniques, some obvious, some not but all are great techniques to experiment with. Everyone learns in their own way and this collection provides lots of things to try. I'm 57 and even I learned a few things. It just goes to show, you CAN teach an old dog new tricks!

Elevating
This Book has reaffirmed my previously held suppositions and beliefs about the brain and mind, of its unlimited power and dire importance. I plan to use all the strategies set out in this book to further improve and grow my minds capabilities especially when it comes to memory. I would highly recommend this book to anyone that is serious about unlocking the power of the mind and improving not only yourself but the world around you with your mind.
