Love this crossover!!

I have been waiting to hear Owen's book! Ever since Wild in a Kilt, he has intrigued me. Is it his occupation? Maybe, but he has a sweet, easy personality with a bit of an edge to him that does come out every once in a while. His trip to London proves to be the experience. Walking into a bookshop and meeting its owner, Poppy has led him to new love. Or is it lust? Well, we shall see! But that isn't all! As these two get to know each other, Owen's ex-wife tracks him down and now wants him back! Who wins his heart? Off to Scotland to find out! The meddling of the Brits and the Scots will lead Owen to his fate. This is a fun, spicy love triangle with a tiny bit of angst and a whole lot of love and laughs. Anna Durand knows how to bring out the best in her characters, and the crossover of the series adds depth and exciting hilarity to it all! It's a fabulous listen!

Aaron Shedlock and Evelyn Rose start us off as Owen and Poppy! Shedlock could not have been better cast as Owen. He is understated, yet forceful and he brings it all out in Owen. With each woman, we hear a different side of Owen's personality and it's spot on! Rose is a new narrator to me and I loved her! Poppy is energetic, independent and stands up for what she wants! I love her take on this character! And then we have Mackenzie Carwright who is always a favorite pop in as Naomi, the ex-wife. Calculating, and emotional we hear the change in Naomi as she begins to grow. This is a fantastic casting and wonderful listen.

I love this series!

This is the third book in the Hot Brits/Hot Scots/Au Naturel Crossover Series. I highly recommend to listen to the previous series for a better enjoyment. Owen and Poppy's story is funny, sweet, sexy, and heartwarming. Some scenes are hilarious. The supporting characters are great, and they have an important part in the story, including Naomi, the ex-wife! Evelyn Rose, Aaron Shedlock, and Mackenzie Cartwright did an outstanding job bringing this story to life. Shedlock is perfect as Owen. Rose has a BEAUTIFUL voice, and she is also perfect as Poppy! and I loved how Cartwright brings Naomi to life. They are all in my list of favorite narrators. I enjoyed it! Looking forward to more in the series! I highly recommend this series.

What a crazy ride!

What a crazy ride! I LOVED. every. Second! That American Wives Club and those Scots! The stuff they pulled make me laugh, be surprised and question whether I really want to be in their club now. All of them are unruly at the best of times and in here they are all in fine form to help these three characters. I am not sure how the author keeps coming up with new and refreshing scenarios for these characters to run through. I laughed multiple times at the antics and comments. I eagerly look forward to more stories that this author can dream up!

I listened to this on audio. Aaron Shedlock, Evelyn Rose and Mackenzie Cartwright are the narrators. They all do an excellent job on the characters leveling up the story to the next level.
