Good post Victorian and Edwardian era ghost story
I very much enjoyed it and it kept me wanting more (a page-turner). It drew me in and the image of the house (and all locations) was strong. Narration was good with the one exception that her "s" sound was extremely sharp, hissy, and frequent, but that was a soundboard issue. Her voice was otherwise pleasant and she did a great job narrating.

Mediocre
I had to start it twice assuming that I had missed something. But I had not. The ability to hint at things in a novel should give the reader a clearer view of what the puzzle is to begin with. I enjoy these types of stories, but this one was not really well done. Although everyone in it, except the doctor, was haunted. I got that much.
