Great love story

This is an awesome story of love and romance and it will entertain you all the way through

Not generally a fan of these authors but this read converted me.

I loved the verbal exchanges between the lead chapters, the simplicity of the tale, and the general positivity of the story. I have listened to it multiple times. I also appreciate the length of the story itself. It is a favorite for me.

Forbidden Desire

Maxine’s bitter divorce was finally over and she was trying to pick up the pieces. Lydia works in an LBGT resource center that Maxine sponsors. It may be that they can meet each other’s needs. Erotic romance and story. Recommend.

Too Short!

Wished it was longer, especially the end. So much potential to be so much more, in and out of the bedroom.

I like the story line.

I didn’t like the voice for Max. She sounded like a very old rich lady and not like a handsome butch. I read the book first. Then told my wife she should listen to the audiobook. I was disappointed of the voice for Max.

My ears are buzzing

from how much I am putting in my favorite categories. B. Roeg voice is melodic and hits my core to my toes and back. The book had me after the first chapter and caress me all the end and left me wanting for more.

Get ready for a surprise sleeper, this book is great!

I loved books by these two writers, but I wasn't sure about this one basedon the synopsis...Boy was I wrong! This one was a sleeper, it was fantastic from start to finish! The only problem I had withit was, it is too short. There are several th8ngs that wer left hanging. I would like to see what happens with the main characters and the ex. Hopefully there are plans in the works for a book 2.

The narrator

The story itself was fun and enjoyable. The narrator nearly destroyed this book for me. The voice of Maxine was overly dramatic and hard to stomach. I enjoyed the story.

Quick titillating listen.

If you've read the synopsis I need not repeat it here. The audio is almost 4 hours, so it wraps up quickly. What does one do when escaping a bat shit crazy ex.... My headline says titillating because the sex scenes were just that. Good enough story to keep me focused.
The narration however was not a boost to this production. I found by slowing down the speed it helped. I cant quite say what was wrong only ....it sounded like a pre stereo audio, tinny and flat, like an old radio with the "Tone" button all the way on.lol
Younger listeners are thinking wth is a tone button. Chuckling here.
