Publisher's summary

From Fr. Michael E. Gaitley, MIC, author of the best-selling book Consoling the Heart of Jesus, comes an extraordinary 33-day journey to Marian consecration with four giants of Marian spirituality.

St. Louis de Montfort, St. Maximilian Kolbe, Blessed Teresa of Calcutta, and Blessed John Paul II. Fr. Michael masterfully summarizes their teaching, making it easy to grasp and simple enough to put into practice. More specifically, he weaves their thought into a user-friendly, do-it-yourself retreat that will bless even the busiest of people.

So, if you've been thinking about entrusting yourself to Mary for the first time or if you're simply looking to deepen and renew your devotion to her, 33 Days to Morning Glory is the right audiobook to listen and the perfect retreat to make.

Not One But Four Saints' Insights!

I enjoyed learning from four saints instead of just one for this 33 day retreat. I previously read "Marian Consecration With Aquinas: A Nine Day Path for Growing Closer to the Mother of God" by Matt Fradd and Fr. Gregory Pine, which was a great resource for a short 9-day retreat. However, I appreciated how Fr. Michael Gaitley skillfully wove lessons from four different but equally beautiful experiences with Mary from the lives of St. Maximilian Kolbe, St. Louis de Montfort, St. Mother Teresa, and St. John Paul II. I would recommend this book for a longer retreat for Marian Consecration to Jesus.

coming closer to Jesus through Mary his Mother.

I enjoyed this retreat and learned from it. The narrator does a good job.

In Awe

I truly enjoyed this book and plan on reading it again. The way the book goes into detail of Marion consecration is simply lovely and filled me with a new found will to want to do more and be an instrument of Mary.

Wish it came with a PDF

This audiobook should have come with a PDF. There are many things referenced at the end. It’s silly to have the narrator read a bunch of mailing addresses!

Very Helpful

I’ve repeated my Consecration to Jesus through Mary many times, and several times with this book. It’s the first time I’ve used the audio version and I find it very helpful and I can listen to it anywhere and repeat each day as many times as I like if that days’ meditation was particularly deep. The only part I didn’t like is how often the narrator mispronounced things, especially the names of saints. Kind of distracting.

Wonderful book, but not a fan of Narrator.

I wish Fr Gaitley had narrated. His voice has that soothing yet exciting quality to it... Like a friend telling you about something wonderful that they were so excited about, they couldn't keep quiet! His voice genuinely draws me in. Sorry, but this other Narrator guy read rather harsh and too fast for my liking.

Voice artist was not a good fit

I really hate to say something negative about this, but it was very difficult to listen to the voice artist. He was too abrasive and announcer-like for this beautiful and intimate subject. I would have gotten a lot out of a more soothing and meditative voice.

Great message:horrible narration

Narration ruined the message for me. Why couldn’t Sister Marian Heidland or Father Michael Gaitley do the narration? The message is so significant and important yet it is ruined by the horrible narration. Sorry Randall Witt. I’m afraid to share with others.

Great book but voice not so

Beautifully written book but unfortunately narrator’s voice was not as smooth as it should have been therefore it became annoying for me to listen to.
