Loved every bit of the book and examples quoted along the way. Some are reminders from other books I have read in the past but loved the deeper explanation here. Thank you Steve!

One of the best books I have read on peak performance!

loved the subject matter and writing style. the narrator is pretty good over all (very polished and professional) but he is a tad in the dry side. either way, I highly recommend this audio book

this is a book I will listen to multiple times

Dense with information, I was driving up the I-5 in California and was amazed by all the synchronicities playing out in my life, I would fall into my own thoughts loosing what was being spoken which means I’ll need to listen to it again. I really needed this!

Just what my vegan megalomaniac mind needed to hear!!!
