Your breath is a gateway to the vastness of the universe - and the path to your highest fulfillment. This is the premise behind Your Breathing Body, a landmark 2 volume breath-work curriculum from esteemed meditation teacher and Tibetan Buddhist scholar Reggie Ray. Volume 1 presents an audio course with the beginner in mind. Volume 2 contains audio for the advanced practitioner.

Would you try another book from Reginald A. Ray and/or the narrator?

    Yes.

Was Your Breathing Body, Volume 1 worth the listening time?

If you're already familiar with the fundamentals from Reggie Ray's website, this set covers most of that ground, but with a bit more theoretical background.

    Any additional comments?

The chapter numbering is different on the Cloud Player and the download version. There are no separate tracks within the chapters so you can't just skip to the guided meditation. Technically, it's a bit of a mess over all because this is not a conventional audiobook in which you listen from the beginning to the end. On top of that, Audible.com's bookmarking function is not always responsive. Ultimately, since I can't create bookmarks on the iPod, it's lousy for daily practice.
