Despite the tumor-shrinking medical miracle that has bought her a few years, Hazel has never been anything but terminal, her final chapter inscribed upon diagnosis. But when a gorgeous plot twist named Augustus Waters suddenly appears at Cancer Kid Support Group, Hazel’s story is about to be completely rewritten. Insightful, bold, irreverent, and raw, The Fault in Our Stars is award-winning-author John Green’s most ambitious and heartbreaking work yet, brilliantly exploring the funny, thrilling, and tragic business of being alive and in love.

Where does The Fault in Our Stars rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

One of those you pick up and don't put down, or in this case press play and listen to at every possible available moment ignoring the outside world. John Green is a literary artist his writing is engrossing in every detail and you can't help but fall in love with every inch of his characters. The subject matter is deep and heart wrenching while equally light and humorous. What I especially love about this novel is the way that Green's writing allows you to adapt your own interpersonal relationships into the characters and their experiences, it will likely be a uniquely different experience for us all, but a beautiful ride that I highly recommend!

This one will undoubtedly be in my audio library and on my shelf to stay.

If you were to make a film of this book, what would the tag line be?

I think Jeff Bridges would play a great Van Houten. Just saying.
