Dr. Gary Chapman identifies five basic languages of love and then guides couples towards a better understanding of their unique languages of love. Learn to speak and understand your mate's love language, and in no time you will be able to effectively love and truly feel loved in return. Skillful communication is within your grasp!

    Anything.

Would you ever listen to anything by Gary Chapman again?

    Never again.

Who would you have cast as narrator instead of Gary Chapman?

    Anybody.

If you could play editor, what scene or scenes would you have cut from The Five Love Languages: The Secret to Love That Lasts?

    Everything.

    Any additional comments?

An insult to one's intellect. Like something written in the 50s by somebody who was backward-thinking THEN. Sexist, trite, and useless.

Set in New York City in 1938, Rules of Civility tells the story of a watershed year in the life of an uncompromising 25-year-old named Katey Kontent. Armed with little more than a formidable intellect, a bracing wit, and her own brand of cool nerve, Katey embarks on a journey from a Wall Street secretarial pool through the upper echelons of New York society in search of a brighter future.
