The World Peace Diet has been called one of the most important books of the 21st century: the foundation of a new society based on the truth of the interconnectedness of all life. It is the first book to make explicit the invisible connections between our meals and our broad range of problems -psychological, social, and spiritual, as well as health and environmental. It offers powerful ways we can all experience healing and peace and contribute to a positive transformation of human consciousness.

From the larger, louder half of the world-famous magic duo Penn & Teller comes a scathingly funny reinterpretation of The Ten Commandments. They are The Penn Commandments, and they reveal one outrageous and opinionated atheist’s experience in the world.

Would you try another book from Penn Jillette and/or Penn Jillette?

I think i would because he is entertaining.

What was the most interesting aspect of this story? The least interesting?

most interesting was the facts about his views of atheism and the least interesting was Penn going on and on about his ex-girlfriends and relationships.

Thought the audio book was great....lot of great info and love the fact that she mentions integrative medicine, etc. Was disappointed she didnt mention anything about "unfiltered coffee can clog your arteries" which is mentioned in the ad.

A couple of years ago, Annie was volunteering at a public radio station. The reporters who trained her told her that asking people what they had for breakfast was a good way to set your recording levels and make the interview subjects more comfortable. To Annie, what people had for breakfast was the most interesting part of the conversation. In this season of feasting and family, and the anxiety sometimes associated with it, we have a featured program about eating, and not eating-precisely, about Anorexia.

Thought it was about eating and health when it turned out to be about anorexia.
