Would you consider the audio edition of Thunder and Rain to be better than the print version?

    yes,

Did the plot keep you on the edge of your seat? How?

there was enough excitement in the book to keep you wondering

    Any additional comments?

it was hard for me not to care about all the characters. martin has a way at the end of all his books that you think dang this didn't come out the way I wanted to see it and then it does. I liked how he entertwined the action of the main characters life into a nice story of people finding their soul mates.

This book wasn’t for you, but who do you think might enjoy it more?

when I first started it I kept trying to think who of my reading pals I would recommend it to, by the time I finished it I decided I wouldn't embarrass myself recommending this book

Has Prayer turned you off from other books in this genre?

    yes

Did the narration match the pace of the story?

the narrator did a good job with a poorly written story

    Any additional comments?

I felt the author had a good outline for his book but by the end of the book it was too hurried and events of the end of the book didn't entertwine with each other well enough to make it good. I thought he was going to lean towards writing like lehane but instead it was sophomoric and could have been much better. very disappointing

What would have made Allegiant better?

I didn't like the shifting between the two point of views. it worked in the first two books to keep it in triss' point of view and didn't care for the shifting between her and four

What could Veronica Roth have done to make this a more enjoyable book for you?

too much emphasis on death and loss in the book.

Who would you have cast as narrator instead of Emma Galvin and Aaron Stanford ?

they are excellent readers, they worked with with they had

    Any additional comments?

I really liked the first two books but the third one left me disappointed and sad I wasted my time reading these books

Would you try another book from Deborah Harkness and/or Jennifer Ikeda?

    probably not.

What was most disappointing about Deborah Harkness’s story?

in an age of the twilight hype, i didnt need another similar book, just changed the age of the characters and a few other different family members

    Any additional comments?

i was really looking forward to reading this book but was bored by half way and really disappointed in the end. i think this author can do better but disappointing start
