From college classrooms to best selling books to the Internet, the historic picture of Jesus is under an intellectual onslaught. This fierce attack on the traditional portrait of Christ has confused spiritual seekers and created doubt among many Christians: but can these radical new claims and revisionist theories stand up to sober scrutiny

On an entirely normal, beautiful fall day in Chester's Mill, Maine, the town is inexplicably and suddenly sealed off from the rest of the world by an invisible force field. Planes crash into it and fall from the sky in flaming wreckage, a gardener's hand is severed as "the dome" comes down on it, people running errands in the neighboring town are divided from their families, and cars explode on impact. No one can fathom what this barrier is, where it came from, and when - or if - it will go away.

Suzanne says: "The scare is in the human nature under stress."
"Not bad better than most so call horror novels"

Hello horror fans this ones pretty descent if you been from one end of the spectrum to the other. It has enough gore, enough story,an not at all boring until the end of the book where its pretty lame and a let down of sorts. If you are a King fan you no this is going to happen anyway so you have to take the good with the bad at least he has some intersting characters and a very good narrator who kept things moving ,long books have to have a narrator who can pull this off.The most important thing I never wanted to stop listening even though I knew the ending would be weak but most horror books I've listen to go down this same path its weird but im use to it.A 5 star horror audio is really hard to come by a great story an a great narrator to pull it off is very rare and very special .My thanks to Stephen King for even attemting this one tough subject to pull off humanity under a microscope not at all envious of the task.

Worry, doubt, confusion, depression, anger, and feelings of condemnation: all these are attacks on the mind. If you suffer from negative thoughts, take heart! Joyce Meyer has helped millions win these all-important battles, and she can help you too. This beloved author and minister shows you how to deal with thousands of thoughts you have every day and focus your mind to think the way God thinks.
