With her long ponytail and sparkling green eyes, Tessa Donovan looks more like the girl next door than a businesswoman - or a heartbreaker. Which may explain why Detective Luke Asher barely notices her when he arrives to investigate a break-in at her family’s brewery. He’s got his own problems - starting with the fact that his partner, Simone, is pregnant and everyone thinks he’s the father.

Quirky Tessa - she just has the girl next door flair to it, strong and determined

Have you listened to any of Lauren Fortgang’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

I haven't but I would listen to her books again - great performance

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

Made me smile but no extreme reactions

Maybe it was the Shenanigans gift certificate that put her over the edge. When children's librarian and self-professed nice girl Jane Jameson is fired by her beastly boss and handed $25 in potato skins instead of a severance check, she goes on a bender that's sure to become Half Moon Hollow legend. On her way home, she's mistaken for a deer, shot, and left for dead.

    Any additional comments?

Ohh how I love the stories of Jane - It's absolutely Hilarious. Great books - it's a Must read. I was scared to read another Vampire and Mystical creature book, but it was worth it. Amanda Ronconi as always does a superb job.
Somehow it reminded me a little bit of the Sookie Stackhoue (True Blood) series (which I never read the books, only saw the show).
But if I sit there and laugh out loud all the time it's a job well done. I wish I had a little more of Jane's wittiness.

First, her father is determined that she mate for life with a wolf shifter named Roscoe Weston, whom the feisty Taryn can’t stand. To make matters worse, she’s also been kidnapped by Trey Coleman, a dangerous alpha male from another pack. And as much as she wants to resist Trey, Taryn is incredibly, maddeningly attracted to him.

Would you listen to Feral Sins again? Why?

Book was witty and funny and I couldn't stop smiling or lay it down. As always Jill Redfield does an excellent performance and I cannot wait for more books of her, as I already listened to all she has read. I hope Suzanne Wright will come out with a bunch more of the Books and may they be made to audiobooks very soon. I enjoyed the easy read and the characters and the comedy. Well done.
