I've listened to it 3 times. its a great story.
it's a classic zahn story, great plot, written greatly
he voices characters well
this is a great story.
listening to books is better than crap radio stations
not really a best part, if you are reading this, you probably heard of this book.
kinda hokey narration, didnt dig it too much
um... the author died in 496BC... no, a follow-up book would suck.
great "between the lines" concepts. teaches morals.
I bought the unabridged version of this when it became available. I'm not a fan of anthony Heald though, marc thompson does a much better job
most interesting - mara and luke hook up. Least interesting - the annoyances of abridgement.
he doesnt differentiate the characters well, makes them all sound like senior citizens with whiny accent.
this should be episode 10-11, depending on how the movie goes by the books
I am listening to the unabridged version of this now. I HATE abridged versions
THE WHOLE BOOK
if you read other zahn books, its like that. if you are new to star wars books, it immerses you into the book - feels like you are watching a movie
he voices characters well.
it's a long book, dont have that much free time
the plot, the action, the way marc thompson read it
any of zahn's other starwars books, they're all great
he voices the characters really, really good.
if I had that much free time, yes
yes! it's an awesome end to an awesome trilogy
too many to list
yes - Marc Thompson is great at voicing characters!
if I could, I would.
get this book (well, get the other 2 in the thrawn trilogy first)!
yes, tons of action. Nice, thick plot.
any of Zahn's other books.
when Thrawn destroyed outbound flight
would have liked the unabridged version, but that's not available.
its mostly politics
when palpatine killed plagueis
I dont have much personal time while not driving. audiobooks allow me to enjoy the story, yet still concentrate on driving
nope. its much too long
there's more politics, and less action. But it does go into how palpatine got into politics and became a sith as well.
yeah, I would. it fills in the timeline right before the movie episode IV. I like it.
when obi-wan tells Annileen about Orrin's true demeanor (dont want to spoil it)
I dont have time to read, I listen in my car. So it makes the intake of the story possible, I guess.
I have no idea.
it's a good story, just takes awhile to build the plot.
I drive a lot, and have 3 kids 10 and under, don't have much time to actually read the books, but have nothing but time in my car to listen.
the whole book is memorable
too many favorites, it's a really good book
no, I listen in my car, so only listen to 1.5 hours at a time
