The first in-depth look at Lance Armstrong's doping scandal, the phenomenal business success built on the back of fraud, and the greatest conspiracy in the history of sports. Lance Armstrong won a record-smashing seven Tours de France after staring down cancer, and in the process became an international symbol of resilience and courage. In a sport constantly dogged by blood-doping scandals, he seemed above the fray. Then, in January 2013, the legend imploded. He admitted doping during the Tours and, in an interview with Oprah, described his "mythic, perfect story" as "one big lie."

Would you consider the audio edition of Wheelmen to be better than the print version?

    Never saw the print version.

What did you like best about this story?

These guys told it like it is.....exposing Lance to be a pathological liar and a fraud.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

The extent that Lance would go to lie. He went to great extent to cover up his lies!

Claude "Butch" Harmon is the world's number one golf coach. He taught Tiger Woods through one of the greatest stretches of victories in golf history (and, perhaps even more conspicuously, did not teach Tiger Woods following his unprecedented run), as well as superstars like Greg Norman, Adam Scott, Fred Couples, Darren Clarke, Natalie Gulbis, and Davis Love III.

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

    Yes

What other book might you compare The Pro to and why?

    The Match

    Any additional comments?

Come on Butch....you need to take the time to narrate your own book. Not cool. Butler did an OK job but really....Your Dad would have narrate his book....why leave us short on this?

If it was read in Latin.

You didn’t love this book... but did it have any redeeming qualities?

Would you try another book from Rick Pitino and/or Peter Berkrot?

I am a big Rick Pitino fan. This book was a disappointment.
    (1) Come on Rick...you have to read your own books! Peter Berkrot mispronounces a lot of words and is just terrible! I will never buy another book read by Peter Berkrot.

Bottom line on this book: Pitino is trying to save his image for cheating on his wife and not living up to the principals he always preaches! And by not reading his own audiobook...came across to me like a complete cop-out! Goes against everything Pitino always preached in the past....'you want to give a message....say it yourself."

What do you think your next listen will be?

    Not a Pitino/Berkrot book....that is for sure.

Who would you have cast as narrator instead of Peter Berkrot?

Yes - You write it...you should read it.

If you could play editor, what scene or scenes would you have cut from The One-Day Contract?

All the B.S. about Pitino trying to cover his ass for an extra marital affair.
