FBI Agent Pendergast has taken Constance on a whirlwind Grand Tour. They head to Tibet, where Pendergast intensively trained in martial arts and spiritual studies. At a remote monastery, they learn that a rare and dangerous artifact the monks have been guarding for generations has been stolen. Pendergast agrees to take up the search. The trail leads him and Constance to the maiden voyage of the Queen Victoria passenger liner - and to an Atlantic crossing fraught with terror.

Love the book series but this narrator Rene' doesn't do it justice like Scott Brinks does. The accents aren't there and all the characters sound the same.

The Vampire Archives is the biggest, hungriest, undeadliest collection of vampire stories, as well as the most comprehensive bibliography of vampire fiction ever assembled. Dark, stormy, and delicious, once it sinks its teeth into you there’s no escape.

This book wasn’t for you, but who do you think might enjoy it more?

This book would be great for someone that enjoys older stories.

What was most disappointing about the authors’s story?

All the stories are that I listen to were from around 1900's

Did the narrators do a good job differentiating all the characters? How?

Narrators did a good job, but they can only do so much for a slow story line.

You didn’t love this book... but did it have any redeeming qualities?

Good book for older writing styles.
