On The Power of Vulnerability, Dr. Brown offers an invitation and a promise - that when we dare to drop the armor that protects us from feeling vulnerable, we open ourselves to the experiences that bring purpose and meaning to our lives. Here she dispels the cultural myth that vulnerability is weakness and reveals that it is, in truth, our most accurate measure of courage.

Brene' Brown did an amazing job narrating this book. I listened to three times in a row easily and many of her stories and topics stayed with me months into the future after listening. I still find myself trying to find the "whole hearted" version of me that she presents in this book... I highly recommend this one.

It was a short listen, it provided an interesting view on how powerful our words as human beings can be. Forgettable though, thats about the only thing I remember about it a month or so later after listening to it.

The book provided an insightful view into how will power works and provided helpful strategies in increasing will power. I don't regret listening to it, sometimes it got a bit technical for my tastes but what can you expect from something scientific?
