If Sushi for One is like the invention of the airplane, Only Uni would be the jet. Wow!!! This book is a grand slam. You know the characters from Sushi for one, so you almost feel like family. But the reality and the testimony power of the what is shared here, this is why the Lord gave us the written language
No real ending no wrap up left hanging just like wAtching galavant stupid no ending needed an epilogue to provide closure
I love Julia's voice. I listen to Witness over and over and this book The Collector was almost perfect. I just want to visit her characters more. I love her trilogy s! Why did she hire whats his name to read her last trilogy's???
The plot line has been done over and over. That was the stale part as we have heard the story before. Bad guy switches sides and saves the day. It was cool as a common Scott Brick type of book and Scott brick can really read life into a story. But not really the best.
If at audible your reading this please return my credit. Had to read book prior to getting married so I reads it my way. The real Les Parrott & Leslie Parrott are like espresso great public speakers that can deliver. The book has merit. The performance was like two day old pizza, some old Brit guy blathers on like his accent makes him important, no just grating, Sean Connery (Who has a Scottish accent) he ain't!
ISDN and DSL ,, this book has a couple of glimmers of hope but really not an inside look at the future of communications.
A new reader?? First shorty and now this!!! Please realize that readers are the ones that pay the rent and cutting corners....
Very nice easy listen. Very engaging Main character like temperance on Bones. Story kept you listening
Yes! Audio books are better than going to the movies.
The comment in court when the heart attack occurred.
He fit. The story flowed. He gave us the performance that made this story come alive.
It made me want to drive. Usually it is a drag and draining, but books like this one set me free, make me relax in the worst traffic. I give grace to morons on the road, as I enjoyed the bliss of this book. You know those signs on the freeway that say tune here. They should broadcast this so people relax and calm down.
John Grisham books just get better.
I love reading her books as they are like the joy luck club letting us understand the Asian American world.
The character is a martial artist, once part of the Japanese yakuza, but now a Christian.
I am wondering if I am odd on this one, as the read was flowing and easy to listen to, but she was not Asian, or I could not hear it if she was. I felt like I was watching an old western where the Indians were Italian.
Thank you God for Christian writers who can write. No embarrassing points in the books that you will have to mute for kids.
I want more Camy Tang audio books as her books are great.
