    Any additional comments?

This audio book is skipping the last few lines of every chapter to abruptly begin the following chapter. Luckily I also have the kindle version, so it is not driving me too crazy.

An exciting, informative, and unquestionably humorous journey through the international fiber world with Linda Cortright, editor of Wild Fibers magazine. Travel with Linda from the Himalayas to Puget Sound, experience a helicopter sheep rescue in the mountains of New Zealand, drink yak butter tea, and spend a night on the tundra, learn about the ancient sheep of St. Kilda, and visit a buffalo ranch in Texas. These stories of exotic animals and the people who care for them will go straight to your heart.

What did you love best about Wild Fibers: Five Years of Favorites?

The opening locale grabbed me - Ladakh - as my daughter bought me some yak yarn there with a story of her own. How can a knitter/spinner not be fascinated by a story of this surviving nomadic culture?

Who would you have cast as narrator instead of Linda Cortright?

Any one who. Can read. Without pausing. Every three. Syllables.

Tom Perrotta’s first book, Bad Haircut, consisted of linked stories featuring a shared protagonist. Now, nineteen years later, he has written and compiled his first true short story collection. This twelve story book features a group set in Perrotta’s trademark suburban setting, focusing on the fissures in families and unexpected connections among members of typical American communities, including “Senior Season” and "Nine Inches".

Would you listen to Nine Inches again? Why?

Although these stories are somewhat sad, they are also compelling. I was sorry when I got to the end, I enjoyed listening to them so much.

A few years ago, small-time finance journalist Matthew Prior quit his day job to gamble everything on a quixotic notion: a Web site devoted to financial journalism in the form of blank verse. When his big idea - and his wife's eBay resale business - ends with a whimper (and a garage full of unwanted figurines), they borrow and borrow, whistling past the graveyard of their uncertain dreams.

What made the experience of listening to The Financial Lives of the Poets the most enjoyable?

Wow, loved this book, with a great reading by the author. I didn't want it to be over. One of those books that is so magically captivating in audio format.
