i do not follow the series, so i did not enjoy it as much. but i believe it brought some of the characters in a different way.
it made me somewhat curious about the series
Yes, i like to learn about many of these people, and their histories. it gives me a greater enjoyment to understand where they are coming from.
his morbid approach. i found the story line to be bad and not to my taste
change the material. After listening to Centerville Ghost, i thought Oscar Wilde would be a great listen. but i was sadly mistaken.
it is better then any of the translations i have tried to read. One thing Robert Fagles got right is that he made it sound poetical. The Odyssey was written as poetry, and so this sounded.
it was easy to listen to and follow the story.
i will be looking for more of Fagles translations of the classics

The development of Jack Ryan Jr.

Yes, if you want to read about the lives of our soldiers. it is interesting to know the level of commitment it takes to be the best. these men are amoung the best at what they do. i am glad that we have such commited men and women here in the United States.
the first hand account about the people, the different perisonallities that make up our special forces, and the important work that they do. I thank GOD that we have such men and women.
the oppertunity to here the story. i do not have much time to sit and read, so as i am driving, i listen to books.
yes, and i will listen to it again.
proper research. example: the author describes Alexander Hamilton as wanting a king in the United States. anyone who has read even the small amount of his writings as i have will know that this is completely false. he was opposed to such a person.
disappointment. clearly the author is intent in rewriting history. also, i am interested in that period, the navy, and the lessions learned.
i like Tom Clancy abridged books for audio, because they hit the high points with out all the stuff that bogs down his books. this book has to much cut out. i like the format, it is just to short for me to enjoy.
Yes, his books can be listened to again and again.
