I like a more educational format. With clear goals and steps to achieve them in a concise format. One of the things that particularly bother me is when authors like this use 50 words when 5 will make their point.
I am seriously looking for a good strength training book.
Too touchy feely for me. And I kept feeling like she was selling me her product. The idea was good but the delivery and tone of voice left me wanting to smack her. I couldn't even finish the book. The only reason I didn't return it was that I did find some of her suggestions useful and I found her tone a bit condescending. I sure hope she is not reading this review. Because she seems like a very nice person and I don't want to hurt her feelings.
Yes some useful suggestions.
I love audible.... it has seriously added an entire dimension to my life.
At the top of my list
I really liked how I couldnt figure out ahead of time what was going to happen next. I mean Ive read many versions of Cinderella, but this story is my favorite now.
I would have loved to listen to this all at once... but unfortunately I have a life.
This narrator is definitely my favorite.
I liked how this book broke down nutrition into easily understandable chapters.
Eat to Live had a broad overview of this information
Very clear and concise.
It took me nearly a month to listen to this book.
