Would you consider the audio edition of Confessions of a D-List Supervillain to be better than the print version?

I consider all unabridged audio books better than the printed. Don't like to 'read'

Would you recommend Confessions of a D-List Supervillain to your friends? Why or why not?

Maybe. It's OK, but there are millions of free audiobooks out there that are as good and Better. If ya have $7 and nothing else to do with it sure.

    Which scene was your favorite?

    The ending is pretty good.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

    No

The Washington Post's former Baghdad bureau chief, Rajiv Chandrasekaran, takes us into the Green Zone, headquarters for the American occupation in Iraq. In this bubble separated from wartime realities, the task of reconstructing Iraq is in the hands of 20-somethings chosen for their Republican Party loyalty. They pursue irrelevant neoconservative solutions and pie-in-the-sky policies instead of rebuilding looted buildings and restoring electricity, angering the locals and fueling the insurgency.

Would you try another book from Rajiv Chandrasekaran and/or Ray Porter?

Nah probably not. Just not my interests, never saw the movie, maybe it's good, either way I couldn't even finish the book.

What was most disappointing about Rajiv Chandrasekaran’s story?

Really hared to follow with soooo many characters and never quite sure who it is that is telling the story.

Which character – as performed by Ray Porter – was your favorite?

    none

Could you see Imperial Life in the Emerald City being made into a movie or a TV series? Who should the stars be?

    Don't really care who

    Any additional comments?

Can I get my credit back for this one? Blahhh boring!

A shadowy group of ordinary humans, they spend their lives studying Epics, finding their weaknesses, and then assassinating them. And David wants in. He wants Steelheart - the Epic who is said to be invincible. The Epic who killed David's father.

    Finishing it

Would you recommend Steelheart to your friends? Why or why not?

Yes, but only certain friends who aren't too critical

    no

If you were to make a film of this book, what would the tag line be?

    ??

    Any additional comments?

It's good but not great. kinda glad there isn't a book 2 ready yet. Hypocritical...I'd get the second book if it were available right now, but won't in a few months/years when it comes out.

Would you try another book from Stephenie Meyer and/or Kate Reading?

Maybe is all I can say

What did you like best about this story?

The end. The end finally getting there, so I could listen to something else.

What does Kate Reading bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

She's a good narrator. I'd listen to her again for sure.

If this book were a movie would you go see it?

It is...Maybe on BluRay when it comes out.

    Any additional comments?

Split the book into to 4 quarters. The 1st is good and the last is good. The middle two are boring, boring, boring.

If you could sum up Full Black in three words, what would they be?

It was good enough that I wanted to know how it ended. Don't plan to listen to another book of this 'genre' though.

What was the most interesting aspect of this story? The least interesting?

Tying two plots together into one was pretty good

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

    no

    Any additional comments?

If I would have heard the author say "compartmentalized" one more time I would have puked.

The story is good, 'fun', Sy-Fi and has lots of potential

    Any additional comments?

If I get board I'll try book two. But book one is not very good.
