Who would have thought that the story of the development of a vaccine could be so fascinating? Obviously Jeffrey Kluger did, and he did a wonderful job of weaving all of the components of this story together. One of the best stories I have heard on audible.com. I give it my highest recommendation.
The book reflects Armstrong's personality: interesting but tends to bog down in detail a little every now and then. The only thing I really didn't like was the narrator changing his voice to reflect the different characters, including women. Wasn't necessary & is a distraction.
Overall, it's a pretty good book.
Hate to be critical of any presentation of the Bible, but I thought several of the readers overacted to the point of being a distraction from what they were reading. Doubtful I will listen to it again.
