Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

YES! Great story line! If you like National Treasure, you will like this story too!

What was one of the most memorable moments of Atlantis?

There are so many memorable moments in this story. I loved the artifacts & cave scenes,. Also loved the concept that a machine from way back when could cause Tsunami's! WOW!!!

Have you listened to any of Jeffrey Kafer’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

As far as I know, this is the 1st book I listened to by this narrator. He did a good job, delivered the story well, plenty of excitement!

If you were to make a film of this book, what would the tag line be?

Past & present collide with Mythology!

    Any additional comments?

Excellent story! Well delivered. Loads of excitement. Murder, mayhem, mythology, puzzle solving, adventure, action-packed dangerous thrill ride!

Ex-cop Henry Shore has been Chief Park Ranger at Crater Lake National Park for eight years and he likes his park and his life the way it's been. Safe. Tranquil. Predictable. But he's about to be tested in so many ways. First the earthquakes begin, people begin to go missing, then there's some mysterious water creature that's taken up residence in the caves below Crater Lake and it's not only growing in size, it's aggressive and cunning and very hungry.

    Story

This isn't my first read by Kathryn Meyer Griffith and there hasn't been a book yet by her that I didn't love, but this book was even beyond my expectations. it is a fantastic read! The plot is fantastic and the danger, suspense, horror (not too bad), thriller kept me on the edge of my seat. The author has such a way with words. It is a clean book and can be enjoyed by the entire family.

Henry, an ex-cop, was shot in the line of duty and decided to swap his career to something not so dangerous. Henry is now the Chief Park Ranger for the Crater Lake Park Forest Preserve. His wife Ann works for the local newspaper and is thrilled with their quiet life. Then one day the unimaginable happened and no one believed it....

One old man who runs a tour boat for a living on Crater Lake was carrying on about a monster in the lake. It is huge he says, 50 feet tall. This is far too crazy to be true, so everyone just thinks he is crazy. Then it happened. The old man and his boat disappeared. All that was left was wreckage on the lake floating. Then another tour boat is found as wreckage too with the owner gone. Henry and another guy spend the night on the lake and suddenly they are being attacked. The thing went under the boat and lifted them way up in the air. How can this be? And then came the earthquakes...

The author, Kathryn Meyer Griffith really had me on the edge of my seat! Her words and the way she wrote them made me feel like I was really there seeing it all unfold. My favorite memory of this book was when she was describing the underwater caverns, like a labyrinth with the flowing lava and the beauty of the sparkling lights reflecting the lava in the cave walls. It was so clear in my mind. The narrator, Johnnie C Hayes did a great job delivering this story to us with loads of danger and emotions and all his voices. Great job, both of you!

Polishing Jade is set in the 1960's in rural Mississippi where the secrets are as sticky as the jams sold at Taylor's General Store. Jade Gentry is a young girl whose past will not control her future even if it cost her everything. Gripping and suspenseful, Jade will leave you sighing when she sighs, running when she runs, and celebrating when she is triumphant!

    Story

This story is set deep in a rural town of Mississippi back in the 60's. Back when abuse was common in families and being an unwed mother was unacceptable.

Jade was born to a poor family where dad got drunk and beat mom for years. One day mom got sick and was diagnosed with lung cancer. Then it was just Dad with Jade and her older brother John. Dad met another woman, one who liked to party and they had parties at Jade's house every weekend. One night, one of Dad's friends appeared in Jade's bedroom. He had always been a little too friendly for Jade's comfort. Follow along with Jade as she travels on her journey to escape from that horrible life and makes a new life for herself. This story has adventure, abuse, religion and even love in it. The difference a life can be when strangers take a young girl into their hearts and home.

The author, Tekoa Manning did a good job writing this story. I feel she captured the way of life from way back when very well along with actions and reaction. The plot is excellent with so many different turns in this story. It has a little too much religion in it for my taste, but still a very good book. The narrator, Felisha Caldeira did a good job delivering this story to us too with her different voices and emotions. I feel she did an excellent job with dad's voice and emotions! Definitely a 5 star read!

    Story

What a great story. The author is genius for the story line. I truly enjoyed listening to this book. I loved going back in time to the wagon trains. I found all of Kit's stories for how and why she does things hilarious as she doesn't want to get caught with things from the future. I loved how Kit was a strong heroine in this story. That Kit could shoot and fight along with being a medic too! This whole book was such an adventure. All the twists and turns in the plot. I look forward the sapphire and jade stories too!

This book is historical western romance with a twist of intrigue in it! It's about a young woman who doesn't know who her real family is and is given a ruby brooch to travel back in time so she can find herself. Travel along with Kit back to the old west when wagons trains crossed the country and the buffalo still roamed along with the Indians. Learn how life was back in the 1800's while Kit finds the love of her life. For me this story made me grateful to be in the 21st century, but I so enjoyed listening to the history!

The author, Katherine Lowry Logan did an excellent job on this book! The plot totally surprised me and held my interest though out the book and at times, had me on the edge of my seat! The narrator, Teri Schnaubelt did a super job delivering this story to us with all her multiple voices and accents! Loved the accents! Teri is an awesome narrator and I just love to listen to her telling stories.

Meet Jane and Austen. First there's Jane - an impractical, starry-eyed wedding planner; if love can't match what she's read in a book, she doesn't want it. And then there's Austen - a pragmatic, logical-to-a-fault financial consultant; even if he were interested in someone, he wouldn't know. The two have one thing in common: they can't leave each other alone.

    Story

What a great book! This story is fun & delightful. This book is about a young girl Jane and her BFF and on again off again boyfriend Austen.

Jane is a young romantic at heart. Jane has always been infatuated with the books written by author Jane Austen. While preparing her best friends wedding at a local hotel, Jane can't help comparing everything that happens to Jane Austen books. Even the people coming to the wedding are inverted names of characters from Jane Austen books. Jane can't help but get the feeling her entire life if coming out a book. I found many places to laugh in this book. Jane is constantly trying to convince Austen that everything happening at her friend Taylor's wedding is coming out of Jane Austen books too! Travel along with Jane and Austen as they compare real life to the books she read.

The author Stephanie Fowers did a great job writing this book. The plot had me right away and I even found so many parts to laugh along with Jane. The narrator, Andrea Emmes did a wonderful job with her multiple voices and accents in this story. The delivery was flawless and the Brit accents were awesome!

    Story

Here we are in book 6 of The Flaggler Beach series and yes I have read all 6 so far. Change Jar Books is about the local book store in Flaggler Beach, Florida and the people in town who come in there. In a small town where everyone knows everything about everyone, it is hard to keep secrets. We get to hear about many of the same characters as in the past episodes (which makes this series even more fun). We see Woody again. Woody has hooked up with a woman and after 2 dates and taking her to bed, she thinks they are moving in together and planning a life.I really liked the Woody story and found it to be fun. My favorite story was when Ray came into the book store looking for tattoo books. I won't say what happened, but it did add excitement and danger to the story.

The author, Armand Rosamilia did once again write us another great story with several little stories in it. I have enjoyed listening to these tales so much (in all the books so far). These books aren't just fun, but funny too! They are light-heartened, exciting and sometimes even dangerous! I love the variety. The narrator, Jack de Golia has delivered us another flawless story filled with fun and excitement in his many multiple voices and accents. If you are looking for a quick series (not too long) and want something fun & funny - this is the place to read! Good job boys!

For dog trainer and search-and-rescue volunteer Raine Stockton, the last few months have been marked by murder, danger, and betrayal. A luxury vacation to the Caribbean resort island of St. Bart's sounds like the perfect antidote for stress, particularly since it includes three of her favorite traveling companions: her boyfriend, Miles; his daughter, Melanie; and Raine's happy-go-lucky golden retriever, Cisco. Story

Great book! I love listening to these mysteries with Raine Stockton. I love how much she loves her dogs! This books doesn't disappoint us either.

Raine Stockton is known for training dogs and always manages to stumble upon another murder mystery. In this book, "Double Dog Dare" Raine is whisked off to a tropical Island (St Bart's) for some relaxation. Miles (Raine's man) took Raine, Melanie (Miles's daughter) and Rita (Mile's Mom) to this Island in a private plane. This way Raine could bring Cisco too (one of her dogs). Miles brought mom to stay with daughter while he took Raine out at night. Once they arrived to the Island, they learned a murder happened shortly after they arrived. Read along as Raine discovers what really happened and what will happen to them. Experience danger and suspense in this mystery.

The author Donna Bell did a great job on this book. I enjoyed the plot with all it's twists and turns. I had guessed several times as I read this the book as to who dun it and I was wrong every time. A very exciting read at that! The narrator, Donna Postel did an awesome job delivering this story to us too. with all her multiple voices and accents. I love reading a series that uses the same narrator in each book making the characters and their voices and accents so much more relate-able and believable!

    Story

Wow, this book is way better than I thought it would be. Sold to the Dragons is a sexy erotic paranormal story. It has a good plot and suspense too, along with hot steamy sex, romance, action, adventure & danger.

Kira Southerly lives in a very poor village and her family is starving. She agrees with her father to sell her at an auction for breeding purposes. The money they make will feed her family forever. At the auction block, Kira almost runs away until she sees her little brother drooling over a guards plate of food. Read along as Kira get purchased by a royal family of dragon shifters and 2 brothers compete for her hand in marriage.

I enjoyed reading this book and even found it to be a fun read. Lots of adventure in it too and an actual story to follow along with. The author, Amira Rain did a fantastic job writing this story. The narrator, Meghan Kelly fully entertained me with all her voices and accents. This book is a perfect example as to how a narrator makes a book even better to read / listen to! If I could have 1 wish, I would love to be able to ride on the back of a dragon as it soars through the sky! Good job ladies!
