Maybe it was the Shenanigans gift certificate that put her over the edge. When children's librarian and self-professed nice girl Jane Jameson is fired by her beastly boss and handed $25 in potato skins instead of a severance check, she goes on a bender that's sure to become Half Moon Hollow legend. On her way home, she's mistaken for a deer, shot, and left for dead.

What made the experience of listening to Nice Girls Don't Have Fangs the most enjoyable?

I really like reading all of the Vampire novels over the past 5 years. I have a long commute to work and so I thought I would listen to books as I drive. I happen on Molly Harper's series of books and started listening. It was fun and easy to follow. I have the next one queued up on my iPhone to listen to.

What was one of the most memorable moments of Nice Girls Don't Have Fangs?

I grew up in the area that the book takes place, Kentucky-Indiana, and so I had a great time relating to Jane's mother and imposing good manners with other people. I totally related!!

    Which scene was your favorite?

When Jane could finally she her dead Aunt's ghost.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

After Jane found out she had been turned into a Vampire and wanted to protect her parents.

A smashing, award-winning debut novel that introduces Charley Davidson: part-time private investigator and full-time Grim Reaper. Charley sees dead people. That’s right, she sees dead people. And it’s her job to convince them to “go into the light”. But when these very dead people have died under less than ideal circumstances (i.e. murder), sometimes they want Charley to bring the bad guys to justice. Complicating matters are the intensely hot dreams she’s been having about an Entity who has been following her all her life...and it turns out he might not be dead after all.

    S. Droski says: "Great choice for Stephanie, Lorelai or Buffy fans!"

The anchor of The O'Reilly Factor recounts one of the most dramatic stories in American history—how one gunshot changed the country forever. In the spring of 1865, the bloody saga of America's Civil War finally comes to an end after a series of increasingly harrowing battles. President Abraham Lincoln's generous terms for Robert E. Lee's surrender are devised to fulfill Lincoln's dream of healing a divided nation. But one man and his band of murderous accomplices are not appeased....

Once a devoted children's librarian, Jane Jameson now works at a rundown occult bookstore. Once a regular gal, she's now a vampire. And instead of a bride, she's an eternal bridesmaid -- which leads her to question where exactly her relationship with her irresistibly sexy sire, Gabriel, is headed. Mercurial, enigmatic, apparently commitment-phobic vampires are nothing if not hard to read.

Would you consider the audio edition of Nice Girls Don't Date Dead Men to be better than the print version?

I drive about 1 1/2 hours a day to work and back and these books are fun to listen to. I am not as stressed when I get home from driving.

What about Amanda Ronconi’s performance did you like?

I really like Amanda's voices. I could tell which character was speaking and made the book come to life.
