Ten years ago David Worral had plans to go to college and the potential for a beautiful future in front of him. One tragic accident later, he fled to California and reinvented himself as Dex, top porn model of Johnnies. Dex's life is a tangled mess now, but the guys he works with only see the man who makes them believe even porn stars can lead normal lives. When Kane, one of Dex's coworkers, gets kicked out of his house, the least Dex can do is give him a place to stay.

Would you listen to Dex in Blue again? Why?

Yes, read the book then bought the audio. This is a tie between the first and the second in the series. I love Chase in Dark and I love this one. Sean Crisden is one of my favorite narrators and he does not disappoint in this one.

Who was your favorite character and why?

?? I love them all, Dex (David), and Kane (Carlos). I love this relationship, and I love Dex in his role in Johnnies. When he slept with Tommy in the first book, I had a problem with loving him, but quickly got over it.

Have you listened to any of Sean Crisden’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

Many by this narrator. Great as always. He can turn a bad book into a good listen just due to his narration.

Who was the most memorable character of Dex in Blue and why?

Dex and Kane, I do love Ethan and cannot wait until his comes out.

    Any additional comments?

Worth the money, now I own the book and audio, I will listen again and again.

Deputy US Marshal Miro Jones has a reputation for being calm and collected under fire. These traits serve him well with his hotshot partner, Ian Doyle, the kind of guy who can start a fight in an empty room. In the past three years of their life-and-death job, they've gone from strangers to professional coworkers to devoted teammates and best friends. Miro’s cultivated blind faith in the man who has his back… faith and something more.

His one bright spot is Colby Meyers, a coworker who has no fear, no inhibitions, and sees no boundaries. Do you believe in love at first sight? Paul Auster doesn't. Paul doesn't believe in much at all. He's thirty, slightly overweight, and his best features are his acerbic wit and the color commentary he provides as life passes him by. His closest friends are a two-legged dog named Wheels and a quasibipolar drag queen named Helena Handbasket. He works a dead-end job in a soul-sucking cubicle, and if his grandmother's homophobic parrot insults him one more time, Paul is going to wring its stupid neck.

That is a toss up. Having read everything T.J. has written, I feel like I can hear his voice in my head, but saying that, he has wonderful narrators for his books.

What other book might you compare Tell Me It's Real to and why?

There is no other book to compare to the banter and diatribes that go on in this book, nothing like it....

    Which scene was your favorite?

Hard to choose, the hippo scene, the love scene, the johnny depp scene, the GPS scene, bike store.... on and on and on.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

The story about Sandy when they were in high school and he finds out his parents have been killed, and the scene where Paul tells of his father, and maybe the scene where Paul speaks to his mother, too many to count
