A fun title for entertainment
Dick Hill is good at the tough guy hero formula books.
I finished it over a weekend. It is not a short book.
Great protagonist with a "plucky" blossoming sidekick. Very good narrator.
These books are very pleasant to listen to. Narrator and writing is nice. It is funny how dangerous it is to live in 3 pines though.
The author seemed to have researched service/working dogs thoroughly. I appreciate learning about topics while listening to entertaining novels.
A good old fashioned type detective novel. A seriously flawed protagonist and entertaining supporting characters.
Top 20%. It's a good little detective mystery novel.
I enjoy Dick Hill narrations.
Avoid James Patterson rubber stamped "collaboration" books. I suspect Patterson does not even reviews these titles nor stories.
His character voices seem inconsistent applied to various characters.
Is the name pronounced Hole, Holey, and Hula? 3rd book, 3rd different pronunciation.
