When Wendy Everly first discovers the truth about herself—that she's a changeling switched at birth—she knows her life will never be the same. Now she’s about to learn that there’s more to the story…. She shares a closer connection to her Vittra rivals than she ever imagined—and they’ll stop at nothing to lure her to their side. With the threat of war looming, her only hope of saving the Trylle is to marry a powerful royal. But that means walking away from Finn, her handsome bodyguard who’s strictly off limits… and Loki, a Vittra prince with whom she shares a growing attraction.

What did you love best about Torn?

I enjoyed the first book while this one was a little slow and wasn't filled with as much action . Missing the WOW factor.

Would you recommend Torn to your friends? Why or why not?

I would recommend this book to teens and someone looking for a good rainy day book.

Have you listened to any of Therese Plummer’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

I have listened to Therese performance, I believe any narrator that embraces the character/s and makes you feel apart of the book has great talent.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

This book should have been listened to all at once. Although the performance was enticing the story line was getting dull and hard to focus on.
