John Nash was a mathematician teetering on the brink of international acclaim, but he fell instead into madness. Saved by the love of a beautiful woman and the loyalty of the mathematics community, he went on to win a Nobel Prize and worldwide fame. This is his true story.

Well voiced, well written, very interesing true story. I think I would have liked Nash better sick than well. His treatment of his son and son's mother didn't set well with me. But the story is very captivating and i'm happy he made it though his sickness. I recommend.

The Kingdom of the Cults has been the authoritative reference work on major cult systems for more than 40 years. In an era of rapid cult growth worldwide, Christians today need the information in this book more than ever. It will equip readers from every walk of life to use biblical truth to counter the efforts of cults to masquerade as mainstream Christianity. Working closely together, Ravi Zacharias and managing editors Jill and Kevin Rische have updated and augmented the work with new material. This book will continue as a crucial tool in countercult ministry and in evangelism for years to come.

A smooth, well thought out overview of the cults, perfectly voiced by Mr. England. The problem is there is so much info you're never going to get it all in in one, two or even three readings. And seeing that this book is almost 39 hours long I'm praying to Jesus to make stick what he wants me to retain because I don't care how interesting this book is I don't want to spend that much time in a reread. I recommend. The book delivers what it promises. God Bless.

A growing nation of genetically evolved apes led by Caesar is threatened by a band of human survivors of the devastating virus unleashed a decade earlier. They reach a fragile peace, but it proves short-lived, as both sides are brought to the brink of a war that will determine who will emerge as Earth's dominant species.

I really don't expect much from novilizations. The idea of writing a book out of something that already has been written... I don't know... it just seems like a bad idea. That being said, the book is really good. Somewhat predictable but really good. The narrator was right on the mark. Worth a read.

This is an extensive collection of short essays and other pieces by C. S. Lewis that have been brought together in one volume for the first time. As well as his many books, letters, and poems, Lewis also wrote a great number of essays and shorter pieces on various subjects. He wrote extensively on Christian theology and the defense of faith but also on various ethical issues and on the nature of literature and storytelling. In this essay collection we find a treasure trove of Lewis' reflections on diverse topics.

Very interesting material. You really have to listen to Mr Lewis, unlike other author's, or you will find yourself wondering what he is talking about. Recommend even though some of the material in this collection I've already purchased in shorter collections. The only real problem I had with this book is that I had to listen to it on my computer because Mr. Cosham's voice is so low I had a hard time hearing him on my kindle fire.

The Galactics arrived with their Battle fleet in 2052. Rather than being exterminated under a barrage of hell-burners, Earth joined a vast Empire that spans the Milky Way. Our only worthwhile trade goods are our infamous mercenary legions, elite troops we sell to the highest alien bidder. In 2122 a lost colony expedition contacts Earth, surprising our government. Colonization is against Galactic Law, and Legion Varus is dispatched to the system to handle the situation. Earth gave them sealed orders, but Earth is 35 lightyears away.

Its a good book. A lot of lawyer stuff. Lots of facts. For me it was a hard read. But if like me you've heard about Howard Hughs all your life and were not sure where he got all his money. If you are curious. Then this book is for you. I won't read it again because his life didn't have a happy ending.

The book is well written and perfectly voiced. I just couldn't get into the fact of hearing someone kill people like they would go out and order a pizza. And then keep on doing it to buy some......... anyway the voice went well with the material. Can't say I won't read the next book but as it looks right now it won't be a priority.

Krauss’ answers to these and other timeless questions, in a wildly popular lecture on YouTube, has attracted almost a million viewers. One of the few prominent scientists to have actively crossed the chasm between science and popular culture, Krauss reveals that modern science is indeed addressing the question of why there is something rather than nothing—with surprising and fascinating results.

A book for athiests. The turtle story was already used in Hawkings' book "A brief History of Time." Only redeaming feature of the book is that it was only 5 hrs long. Also I think it would have been better if they used a professional narrator.

After being horribly mistreated at a government animal-research facility, Snitter and Rowf escape into the isolation—and terror—of the wilderness. Aided only by a fox they call “the tod,” the two dogs must struggle to survive in their new environment. When the starving dogs attack some sheep, they are labeled ferocious man-eating monsters, setting off a great dog hunt that is later intensified by the fear that the dogs could be carriers of the bubonic plague.
