Goblins are not vermin, and no one whit intelligent should not be treated as such. And No One should commit murder on one whiled one Samuel Vimes is on holyday whit his wife and son.
It is said that a police man can never go any where whit out fining a crime, and that is certainly true when it coms to Sir Samuel Vimes, Duck of Ank. He can not simply stand there when Goblins are bing shipped off to some unknown place to as the locals say "make a honest days work" this leads to wild chases on hors back and on bouts.
And the storys about young Sam and his explorations in the natural world and Poo, his future and how he loves his father and mother. How Willikins finely is more than just a Butler.
To be fear all the books about Samuel Vimes is my favourite books. I love the caricature and the ones he have under his command.
The book is lovely, Sam is a big man in my life after hearing about him. The watch is a place I would love to work if I had bin on Discworld.
Now there is more then one story, but I believe that the first one whit the American Tourist in England is one of my favret stories I have ever heard.
What a lovely story this is, I see that this could have bin one of my favourite story when I was a child. But I was 26 when I heard it the first time. But it is a good story.
Now this is only a part of the story, but it is really grate and Neil Gaiman's voice is really nice to listen to.
Ok so this book was not fore me. I could not fine the tread, I think it laced any depth and it was rather boring. I hope other found it more interesting.
I have wanted to reed this book for a long time. And now that I have heard it I love it. It really is one of the better books I have heard. The relationship between the characters and the science in the story is fun some of it is wrong, and we can prove it today, but it was facts when the books where realised.
The Grimm's Fairy Tales are well known stories that fore the most I have heard ore read before, but I had not heard all of them. But I will always like the newer and modernised versons of them.
I am a bit surprised that I am disappointed in this story. I feel that it is a bit rushed, do not get me wrong it still a good book, but it lacks something.
This is one of the longest books I have ever heard, or read for that matter. This book is a bit hard to get through, Victor Hugo writs very meticulous on some subjekts whiled not saying enough on other subjekts. The book is really brilliant and good for the soul. But I personally can't stand Marius, and want to smash his head in after a few chapters.
Then we com to the Narrater and I do not really like him, he sound som what condescending. I will not recommend the Narrater if you can fine another Narrator.
You will love this one and you should have it in a collection whit the rest of your Tolkien books.
