Verbally abused by her mother for years, 18-year-old Ellie Johnson always believed she would never be loved or wanted by anyone. She focused all of her attention on her grades and getting into the University of Texas to start a new life away from her mother. The last thing Ellie expected was to fall in love with Gunner Mathews, a starting linebacker for the University of Texas football team and not to mention, her brother's best friend. Gunner only has two passions in life, football and his grandfather's ranch, until he falls for his best friend's little sister.

Is there anything you would change about this book?

    The length

How would you have changed the story to make it more enjoyable?

There was some unnecessary things put in that really could have been edited out and made the story not SO LONG!

Did the narration match the pace of the story?

    Yea

Was Wanted worth the listening time?

I guess. I fit it in my day. Like when I was driving or cleaning or showering. It was just so long. I really liked the story but oh man the length

This is an awesome live story. Lessons learned and fears abated.

I thought the narrator was a little slow reading but I just sped it up and was fine.

What did you like best about How to Marry a Duke? What did you like least?

    Best: the end
    Least: sooooo drawn out.

What do you think your next listen will be?

    Kisses After Dark

Did the narration match the pace of the story?

    I suppose

What would have made this romance irresistible?

    to be more condensed

    Any additional comments?

This story was borderline boring. I feel the author could have condensed this story by so much. Way way to long and filled with uselessness. Remember this is only one person's opinion

Reese! Is WHO I loved best about this book!!! I think he may be my favorite. And I don't know why!!!

Who was your favorite character and why?

    Reese!

    Which scene was your favorite?

Pick One Favorite Scene?!? Really?!?! Hmmm I just can't. It took everything to make this book so good. I can't pick one Sorry

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

I felt so badly for Audry when Cade found them skinny dipping.
My heart broke when Audry had to be so stern with her sister.
I love how good of a friend Cade is.

The new Abby Abernathy is a good girl. She doesn’t drink or swear, and she has the appropriate number of cardigans in her wardrobe. Abby believes she has enough distance from the darkness of her past, but when she arrives at college with her best friend, her path to a new beginning is quickly challenged by Eastern University's Walking One-Night Stand. Travis Maddox, lean, cut, and covered in tattoos, is exactly what Abby needs—and wants—to avoid.

Is there anything you would change about this book?

Only that Abby seems to have a hard time believing what's in heart and going with it. Travis knows and tells her but she fights and leaves him all the time. Her constant waivering drove me crazy

Could you see Beautiful Disaster being made into a movie or a TV series? Who should the stars be?

No I can't. I don't have enough interest in these characters to watch them when I had a hard time listening to it.

    Any additional comments?

I thought the author was good at grammar, structure, etc. But the constant waivering of Abby was too much for me. Why can't she just believe in Travis and his love for her. The back and forth...ugh!!!
