It's a powerful story of obsession and delusion. The perpetrator seem to see himself as the victim. I suppose he was the victim of a delusional mind. Hats off to James Wilby for his wonderful narration.
The narration spoiled it for me. The characters sounded like a race of robots. I intend to read the book at a later date.
I really enjoyed this novel. It's something different. You can't help but love and admire the main character. The narration was right on. I look forward to reading/listening to more books by T. Jefferson Parker.
What a pleasure it is to listen to a good novel made better by the perfect narrator. Way to go Julia Whelan. You are awesome!
I almost gave up on this book. I enjoyed the story but the narration was bland and nearly put me to sleep. I managed to get through the book by reading it rather than listening to it.
I love when the narration uses a male for male voice and female for the female role. Both narrators did a wonderful job. I felt their pain and their comfort. It teaches us the importance of mourning so you can eventually move on. Thank you Jasinda Wilder for this touching novel.
The uncertainty of what would happen next
Julian because he knew what needed to be done.
Very entertaining novel. Held my interest all the way through.
Great narration by Johanna Parker. She helped make this audiobook very enjoyable. A mystery with a twist at the end.
The storyline was good but at times the narration was not up to par. I debated whether or not to give the narration two stars or three. I did figure out who the watcher was almost as soon as the character was introduced but I still enjoyed the book.
A very fun read. Great characters and the narration was wonderful. I'm looking forward to reading more from this author.
