This novel is a well written tale that takes its time without dragging. The protagonist is believable and not transparent. The reader is good, although a little "lispy." An excellent listen.
This book was very informative and helpful to me as the owner of a small business. I have not read the authors' other, primary, work "The Leadership Challenge," but suspect that much of what is contained in "The Truth About Leadership" is a summary of what is contained in the other. I am now interested in reading The Leadership Challenge and in learning more, which is a strong recommendation for the book. However, if you're already familiar with the main work it is possible that the material would be redundant.
In the vein of To Kill a Mockingbird, but more mature. The three women who read the book bring it to life. A wonderful audio experience, better than reading the hardcopy!
