The last thing event planner Tara Lincoln needs is the jet-set lifestyle of a football pro like Mick Riley, even though their steamy and passionate one-night stand proved that Mick is an all-star - both on the field and in the bedroom. Tara played the game of love once and lost big, and she doesn't intend to put herself out there again, especially with a certified heartbreaker. But when Mick sets his mind to win, nothing will stop him. And he has the perfect play in mind to catch this sultry vixen.

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

Yes I would. It has good story and super steamy!

What did you like best about this story?

I love contemporary book series. This is my first book by Jaci and I will defiantly listen to the next in the series.

    Which scene was your favorite?

Mick picks up Tara son from the party after he is smashed and is truthful about his addiction issues.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

I was moved by Tara's fierce concern for her son and how she did not want her son to be used by Mick or the team. I also liked how she was accepted by Mick's family.

Dr. Emory Charbonneau, a pediatrician and marathon runner, disappears on a mountain road in North Carolina. By the time her husband Jeff, miffed over a recent argument, reports her missing, the trail has grown cold. Literally. Fog and ice encapsulate the mountainous wilderness and paralyze the search for her. While police suspect Jeff of "instant divorce," Emory, suffering from an unexplained head injury, regains consciousness and finds herself the captive of a man whose violent past is so dark that he won't even tell her his name.

Very enjoyable story! Sandra Brown does not disappoint. I liked the narrator as well. I will defiantly purchase other audible books by this author.

In a decrepit and long-empty New York building, a man begins the demolition process by swinging a sledgehammer into a wall. When the dust clears, he finds two skeletons wrapped in plastic behind it. The man is Lieutenant Eve Dallas’s billionaire husband, Roarke, and he summons her immediately. His latest real estate project is going to be on hold for a while, because by the time Eve and her crew are finished searching the premises, there are 12 murders to be solved.

    "Love this series!"
    Overall

I prefer the audio books. The narrator is great! I am able to imagine the characters better with the narration. I am a fan of Nora Roberts/JD Robb. I have read all but the latest two books. I have yet to tire of these books. I hope the author and narrator continue with this series.

This book was different as the actual murderer did not go to jail which was a good twist. I love the addition of characters that Dallas deals that become part of future books.

What Jack needs is an excuse to leave town. Ever since rescuing four teenagers from a car wreck, he's been hailed as a hero and the attention is making him itchy, especially since his too-pretty ex-wife is back, angling for a reunion. He's always liked Emmaline. She needs a weekend date? No problem. So when they wind up in bed together, Em chalks it up to red wine and chocolate cake, just one impulsive night not to be repeated. But Jack's pushing for more.
