The author had me attached all the way through until the book began to wrap up. I think it could of had a better ending and I totally hated the change up of narrators. If they were going to go that they should of kept Four's voice as a man through all the books. It really messed me up.
This was a good flipping book!! Lisa Gardner out did herself!!!!!!!!!!!!! I love a thriller with no romance
This book was exceptional. When I read the brief summary I only thought that it should be interesting. This story had me reeling through all my emotions. Ms. Picoult is such a great descriptive writer that I thought I was there in many of scenes described
This story was heart breaking but also filled me with hope and joy and to wonder if I would ha e that kind of faith of placed in that kind of situation.
This book was very enjoyable. My sister first turned me on to Dee Henderson. Trying to find something different from my usual and I'm happy I chose her book series.
I saw the movie first before I ever knew it was a book (it wasn't mandatory reading in middle school for me). It benefitted me, in my opinion, because I was able to see the movie playing in my minds-eye as I was listening. I enjoyed it greatly.
I have learned more about the Navy SEAL's and their exhaustive training reading this book than doing any kind of research online. Chad's first had account of what he had to endure during training made me feel as if I was there going through it myself and his personal story of salvation is just as gripping.
This is a great conclusion to a fantastic read! Tami Hoag again does not disappoint with this book.
The first time I read this book it was via paperback, which was years ago. After listening to it, it was like I never read it. Tami Hoag is a great writer. I know this was one of her early books and it's actually more of a romance than suspense/murder thriller but it's an awesome combination.
I love her books! There aren't many I don't like. I loved the intensity of this book that held me to my phone and computer every time I started listening to it. I had to contemplate whether or not I would be able to pry my way away from the book if I started listening. Awesome read!
I really enjoyed listening to this book. In some ways Tris reminded me of Bella from Twilight which was a bit annoying but she had her moments. If you're reading this before you watch the movie....DON'T WATCH THE MOVIE. You will be highly disappointed in the movie, at least I was. They could have done so much better. Anyways, great book.
