When you take your audio book on walks and listen to it in bed you know it's a good book! Great imaginative story with characters you really care about. I recommend this strongly and can't wait to see what else Suzanne Collins has done.
Lots of times I start a book in the car and can go weeks before I am traveling again and pick it up. Sometimes I can't even remember what the book was about and have to rewind it. "You're Next" was the type of thriller I couldn't put down. I listened to it on walks, doing dishes and any chance I got.
It's the end of the world and another beautiful teenage girl makes it through
( with a lot of gory stuff to get past) only to fall in love with two different guys... Heard it before. The narrater read in a perpetual state of panic.
after reading this book I know I don't want to go there. This was a fully captivating story of a young Dr. who feels the need to find out what happened to her friend. It had a great story line and easily fit in geographical points of interest. I would recommend it to my friends.
This is more of a "medical" adventure with a out of control plague threatening everyone. I guessed the ending way before I should have.
Even though this book wasn't "action packed" I looked forward to listening to it whenever I got in the car. I love H. Bosch in Connelly's stories.
Everyone raved so much about this book I was disappointed. Because of Swedish names, I had trouble following some of the characters. I listened till the end but did not recommend it to my husband.
This very long story held my interest but about 10 hours in to it the whole story seemed to change. It was almost like it was two or three seperate stories. It was entertaining and "made me think" and I would recommend it to my friends.
This book had some interesting twists and turns and I looked forward to getting back to it. What more can you ask for?
but I stuck with it to the end. I liked some of his other books much better!
