I LOVE the narrator !!!
Briggs,I love the annoying part of him !!!
She nails every character, man, woman and Granny !!!!
I found myself laughing out loud quite a bit !!!
I enjoyed Aliana and Ellen !
The Clifton Chronicles,(Jeffrey Archer) many parallels only a different time period.
There were so many, hard to pinpoint one without it being a spoiler for anyone who has not read/listened to this yet.
I had to skip the entire chapter when William was stoning the cats, I couldn't listen.
I LOVED THE NARRATOR !!! He is in my top five of favorites !
It was very predictable.
No, they are an easy listen, like a filler, better if they are on sale for sure.
Too many men in this story for one voice of a woman.
Irritated that they didn't try and get down the mountain with more urgency.
To many to count - loved ALL of it !!!
See above - this is a redundant question.
I'm in awe of all the voices he so artfully does with excellence !!
Sebastian and Jessica's chapters....
Mr Archer, please please write another !!!
In the middle of the pack.
The ending when all was revealed.
Man voices perhaps...she was ok tho overall.
Good book read, but movie...not so sure.
Not having paid for it.
Read maybe but listen, definately NOT.
I didn't get far enough to decide.
This one is in the refund pile.
1-10 (ten highest) 8.5 !!!
There is no other female character that compares to Charley !!!
All the details that were revealed about Reyes !!
I couldn't help but giggle through most of Charleys dialogue! No crying, yet !
Again, Ms. King absolutely NAILS EVERY CHARACTER IN THESE BOOKS !!! How does she get so breathy, "Dutch" ...these books would not be that wonderful without her !!!
The sense of emotion that happened on the plane, the parts that included Julie, the ending.
Of course. Loved The Innocent !!!
I loved Orlagh's there was just enough inflection change for each different character to be believable. McLarty's was perhaps tainted by what I "thought" Robie might sound like.
The parts that included Julie, the plane to Dublin and the ending. "close your eyes."
Usually I hate it when the author repeatedly refers to background on the main character, but this time he barely referred back.
The snarky sarcasm and the sense of humor! The least ? I had to get the second book!
Nothing it was a perfect set-up for the subsequent books !!!
I LOVE HER !!! She nails every character !!!
Theres six books, it would have to be epic from the start.
Its fun, the narrator is FANTASTIC, its an easy listen and a great way to forget that you are driving 500+ miles.
Sure, I learned a bit of history from this.
The narrator !
Hes got a one of a kind booming, resounding, easy to listen to voice.
Theres a few follow up books.
