Just tell the story without the profanity laced throughout. Most of which didn't even make sense in the context. He was just swearing to swear
I have but it was only a four-minute preview. I had no idea this book was going to be as offensive as it was from the preview I listened to.
All of the references of his public nudity and all of the unnecessary profanity.
I can't imagine anyone, except maybe his wife, who would care to see Penn Jillette in the nude.
The profanity was really over done, it didn't even make sense in most cases, it was just there for shock value.
It would be nice if Penn saw this review, got in touch with me and offered me a refund.
Someone who hasn't read any books about the Navy SEALs or Special Forces.
It wasn't that exciting. It was filled with mundane events and conversations obviously put in just for filler.
I don't have a favorite but definitely someone who has more experience. He sounds like this is maybe his first attempt. He needs a lot of practice and or training before he should be turned loose.
I can appreciate the men who serve not only in Special Forces but in the military period. Thanks for bringing them to our attention.
I've read several books on the Navy SEALs and compared to what they go through becoming a member of Delta Force seems like Boy Scout Camp.
