I couldn't listen a minute without thinking that I was being lectured by my high school science teacher or my annoying Uncle Ned. I had to remind myself every 5 minutes that I was getting advice from a fit youngish trainer to keep from shutting it off.
The first half of the book basically tells you to get your mind right, the second half gives you tips on eating and exercising. What he says is good and practical. Not alot of new information. But in all honesty. Science is the same and our body's are too. We can only be told the same story so many times before we just have to take it for what it is and just do it. I can definitely see how putting his ideas into application would get me to my goal.
The story was well written but too sappy and romantic for me. The characters I liked but felt they were dated. I’m left curious what happens in the next book but not sure if I can make it through. I’m sure it’s just personal preference. I prefer more smut vs. romance.
I loved this book. She was easy to listen too. Explained well without too much detail or being confusing. I am just a normal person not anyone working in the industry who needed this course. I wanted to understand this subject better and now I definitely do!
I love all the characters in the book which makes me enjoy the book a lot even though the story line isn’t too exciting. If you are a fan of the other books its a must read otherwise you aren’t missing anything.
What a great read. A little bit of a mind bender. How everything she does comes full circle. This book had me thinking about it a lot even when I wasn't reading. Loved the book style and story. You wont waste a minute reading this.
I was a Grey s fan but was bored by the time book two ended then I couldn't get past 20 pages of book three. This book series is a similar style but I love it so much more. Bennett and Chloe are great. I cant get enough of this couple. I want more and more and more!
If you liked Andy in the first you cant not like this book. Same ol Andy just a little older. I loved the glimpse into her life to see what she is up to now and how people from her past show up throughout. It was well written and I was sad when it ended.
Ever since Girl Gone I want to read anything by Gillian. This book was good. It was layed out well and I liked how the story came together.
I am not reviewing his tips just the book its self. He just discussed the handout for the most part and explained some of the must do's for this 3 week almost starvation (800 cal) diet to get ready for an event. It wasn't really what I was looking for but now I know.
The first 40 minutes of this book I regretted using my credit. The story was boring and the voice was about to put me to sleep, but once I got past the initial layout the story moved fast and I quite enjoyed it.
