If you could sum up Champion in three words, what would they be?

    The perfect ending

What did you like best about this story?

    everything!!

Have you listened to any of Steven Kaplan and Mariel Stern ’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

They are amazing and really bring the story to life.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

the ending mainly but a few others scenes really made the book for me

    Any additional comments?

Absolutely amazing book! If you are going to write a trilogy and have it stay with the reader this should be the guidebook. I listened to it completely, two days in a row, the first day just to know what happened and the second time so I could just enjoy a great story. Some authors could learn from this trilogy *cough veronica roth cough*

not a bad story but the one thing that distracted me about the whole story was the narrator's pronunciation of Hecate. Every time she said Heck-it instead of Hek-a-tay it took me away from the story and its all I can really remember about the book now.

Colby Winters, an elite member of The Titan Group, has a single objective on his black ops mission: recover a document important to national security.

Once inside, he finds the previous occupants' consciousness and memories forever erased, an inevitable side effect that gives Frederick pause when switching bodies, but not so much as to truly halt his ongoing enjoyment of human lives. In various bodies, he travels the world for decades - aimless - sampling cultures and experiencing life from the points of view of males, females, young, old, rich, poor.

This book wasn’t for you, but who do you think might enjoy it more?

someone who has never read the first two books

What could Veronica Roth have done to make this a more enjoyable book for you?

    not kill the main character

    Which scene was your favorite?

there wasn't one. I am not saying that because of how the book ends but because there really wasnt a single scene that stood out.

What character would you cut from Allegiant?

peter, he had no point in this story

    Any additional comments?

Stop at the second book and let your imagination give you the ending this series deserves. I gave this two stars instead of one only because it had one real life part in it. If you keep doing stupid things you will get dead. Lots of books have main characters that repeatedly do life threatening things and they survive. Well this one doesn't.
I can not figure out why the death scene had to happen this way. I figured out another way right after reading the first attempt. It seemed rushed and poorly done.

and as I have said on my FB page, why in the world would you kill your main character when you have a movie coming out? No one is going to go see that now, well ok I won't be going, maybe others will but what is the point? Oh what a great couple they make!! to bad she kicks it

Evie doesn't open her eyes so she can't see him, but she can smell him. He thickens the air she breathes, choking her with his scent... his aroma. She shivers. She has to resist. If she's not strong, then she will be relegated to the same fate as this predator whose sickness infects her even now. But now, she craves him and he knows that; he has been counting on her need to end the gnawing pain. How he would savor her surrender. She's alive, but how much longer will it take until she begs him not to be?

    Story
Is there anything you would change about this book?

The story could have been better

What was the most interesting aspect of this story? The least interesting?

The new bad guys are very interesting.
Least interesting is the way Evie constantly tries to sacrifice herself for everyone. She has been doing this for 6 months but feels she knows more then the other people that have been doing this for eons. It gets old very quickly.

    Which scene was your favorite?

    nothing stands out

Was Intuition worth the listening time?

If only for the story continuation. I am not sure if I will be getting the next book or not yet.

    Any additional comments?

To repeat the above, if I am a new angel and there are others that have been doing it for millions of years, I am not going to think I know what is best and will listen to the experts because, again they have survived for a millinium. Stop being the sacrificial lamb!!
