The 5 books where great
Violet and Link
the end of book 5
These are books I will listen to over and over
I have recommended this series to all my audible book friends. Nalini is one of the best writers I'v listened to and she made a good choice in narrators.
none that I'v listened to so far, it is in a class of its own. I'm so glad there are 7 books in this series.
The writer has a great story....but it is writen like a comic book or a immature writer...with way too may cliches and medtaphors..The mood of the story line was ruined by the lack of maturity in the verbiage.
This is my second book, unfortunately I bought it before I listen to the first one
No.....I do not like men narrators. They are not able to perform multiple characters or women very well.
none....I like the characters and the story line....just not the stupid filler works used, again its like listing to a comic book story line.
Whimsical, captivating, detailed
It was Sarah's performance that kept me listening. Her many voices made you envision each character. She is one of my favorite narrater. I will try any book she has narrated
The story line, the details to the era and language.I loved the characters and the way the narrator made the come to life.
When they finally got together
The entire book was my favorite .....actually the entire series
yes......I even listen to it at work. This is a writer you hope has writen a series once you have listen to the first book.
No.....the store seemed mediocre I think because the narrator was so boring.
Yes with a different narrator
Becca Battoe.......Christa Lewis could not define any characters, they all sounded the same and her rendition of a British person sounded like a southern person with a bad accent. She was either speaking monoton or in a very loud voice when changing characters. Maybe the book is'nt boring but she makes it sound that way.
Yes....delete the book from my collection
