Heller reveal how an understanding of attachment theory - the most advanced relationship science in existence today - can help us find and sustain love. I found this book to be easy to listen to, absorb and then apply the information that was presented. It breaks down the whole listening process. It teaches you to examine the personality types and dynamics of the people you are communicating with and how to improve those relationships. Very useful.
