really enjoyed this series. well read. keeps you on edge of the seat. a must have for any western collection
not a good book. horrible and I hate to say this but bad. very very bad
I enjoyed it. the point of the book is to learn from ones way of life, and learn there is way more to life than just the get rich quick scheme most people try and do
story is OK but the narrator and who ever produced this needs to skip the drama, and sound effects. the dripping water is not cool. the echo is kills it. the book is good.
I liked it. shows how things have changed among todays wanna be bike people. buying a bike and wearing the leather does not make a biker. every town has a bully or guy who thinks he a bad ass. listen to this and you will hear a story of a man. not a bully, not a tuff guy. but a man who's beliefs and his word are what the world is missing today. This book hits a spot with me. I grew up around this life. family members being in one of the big 4. if people in the world lived by a code of honor it would be a better place. give it a read.
what a great book. I enjoyed the sad movie. this book is a must have.
there has been years of research put into this writing. not just someones opinion. and if your into real research you must get this book. todays science is " if it does not fit the theory it cannot be" but every six months or so the educated that write history get educated.
very hard to follow. seems like a bunch of urban myths strung together to make a book. not well written. repeats itself allot. the quality of audio is not the best. the edit of it was not well done either.
I wish I had listened to this book before the endurance. this is the prior story leading up to Shackelton's surviving on his next trip. All I can say it. you must get this and those are some real men. and RIP to those that did not make it.
this proves that with will anything can be accomplished. this is the most incredible book I have ever had. not many could do what these people did and survive. you must get this book
if you have the others in his collection Rusty has taken HIS favorites and put them into this book. there are a few not in the other books. great entertainment my kids love the stories and they do leave you scratching your head. this is not someone "squatchin" what ever that word means, but a true around the campfire fun tales. give it a try.
