I have a hard time recommending this book yet, I am glad I listen to it. It gave me insight into a world and culture so different from my own and very real in today's war driven society. I found character names and places hard to follow. The language was difficult to comprehend at times. But the story is gripping and character's very real.
A very long tale about time travel and love. Neither of which I feel the main female character ever really understands. Her logic and emotion around the situations she must face do not seem real and eventually became frustrating. The brutality in which she and her love interest encounter and survive seems unrealistic. The only entertainment for me was the detailing Gabaldon went into in describing the time periods in which the characters lived. I found that interesting.
Prada throws comedy into the serious, high-style world of fashion. It brings to life the clumsy, insure feelings of real people trying to understand and work around the fashion industry. Then it adds some glamour, hard-work and business savoy into the mix and creates a love story about survival.
The Da Vinci Code was my first Audible book I listen to. I have been hooked ever since. This is a classic....a must.

The case work by the detective was just too simple to find interesting.
Dean Koontz does an outstanding job developing a simply hero in an extremely supernatural world. The story is compelling and worth listening to.
This story adds a new twist to the forever debate on medical involvement with embryos. Although I felt the story was dragging at times, the ending made the whole book worth it.
This book did not work for me. The "Intensity" was just annoying.
The character development of such a simple person in an extremely super natural world is wonderful. If you like a good ghost story that brings about a hero, then I would recommend this book to you.
