I would say this book ranks as number 1. It helped me to pull back from what seemed like certain death to being balanced with my mind purring smoothly instead of the irky jerky scratched record it was like before I read and implemented what I read in this book.
Yes. It made me sane! :D
Not all people may understand the necessity of this book enough to learn from it, but if you listen to it with an unbiased and positive mental attitude, I am sure you will be able to find a few gems that will benefit your life like it did mine :)
