  • The Now Habit

    • UNABRIDGED (7 hrs and 28 mins)
    • By Neil Fiore
    • Narrated By Neil Fiore
    • Whispersync for Voice-ready

If you are a professional, manager, student, entrepreneur, writer, or homemaker, this audiobook will help you achieve your goals more rapidly, whether they are large, complex challenges or the small, essential tasks of everyday life and work. If you now work effectively, even though you have too much to do and too little time, The Now Habit will show you how to prioritize your goals to allow more time for guilt-free play.

    Ron says: "A keeper"
    "Boring beyond belief"
What disappointed you about The Now Habit?

The narration is dreadful, just couldn't listen to it, found myself wandering elsewhere within minutes. Will be useless for many procrastinators, they wont listen to it or wont do the exercises

Would you ever listen to anything by Neil Fiore again?

What didn’t you like about Neil Fiore’s performance?

Way too slow and boring narrative, I found myself falling asleep whenever I listen to it, simply didn't capture my attention unlike other audiobooks

What reaction did this book spark in you? Anger, sadness, disappointment?

    Any additional comments?

I'd rather jump off a bridge than listen to this

  • Advanced Energy Anatomy: The Science of Co-Creation and Your Power of Choice

    • ORIGINAL (9 hrs and 49 mins)
    • By Caroline Myss
    • Narrated By Carolyn Myss

Advanced Energy Anatomy guides you to a new understanding of how archetypes and other unconscious forces relate to problems of health, addiction, self-esteem, and victimhood, while opening you to partnership with the divine power that makes everything in life possible. It is "so well organized and intimately expressed," says AudioFile, "that repeated listening and sharing with friends will be hard to resist."

    Rebecca says: "Advanced Energy Anatomy"
"No thank you, not for me!"
This book wasn’t for you, but who do you think might enjoy it more?

    I really don't know, I don't recommend it

What was most disappointing about Caroline Myss’s story?

I cannot overemphasise how irritating Caroline's rambling is, I don't like the way she articulates things and she makes life far more complex than it needs to be

What did you like about the performance? What did you dislike?

She goes into a lot of detail! She goes into far too much detail!

If you could play editor, what scene or scenes would you have cut from Advanced Energy Anatomy?

I wont comment on this, this was my first experience of her material and I just couldn't relate to her over complication and over analysis of life

    Any additional comments?

I think life is meant to be simple and Myss over complicates it, you'll probably be ready to kick the bucket by the time you've finished going through all the analyses she's conducted and actually understood her paradigms
