Solid book with good historical facts and modern day interpretations of ancient scripts. It is a must read for anybody fighting against the rat race.
Better than expected with some funny dialogue. Educational in a twisted type of way. Recommended reading for high school kids.
This is an enjoyable and uplifting book. The message is on point for me and JO is a great and engaging speaker. Short but good.
This book is the real deal. I have reviewed over 100 books in the genre. It covers well the passive way to earn money with your money. It deals with primarily investing your money. It is probably the best book on passive investing for the mass market I have seen in a while. Suzy is probably a bit better at overall financial planning and there are better books out there on actually generating active income. The narrator was good but was hoping to have TR narrate the entire book. He is a more effective communicator in my opinion even though he may have a raspy voice.
I think it is a must read for almost everyone. I would actually recommend professional financial planners and wealth management advisors read it as well. It addresses the questions and fears of most people (even very wealthy individuals) about investing. I believe it would make the dialogue more productive between clients and the wealth managers.
I congratulate TR for releasing such a solid product that provides actually data and resources for the reader. I gave this 4 stars as I believe it will be more helpful for readers as 5 star reviews tend to be less credible overall.
Good story and insightful at times. Top 10 more for the actual enjoyment of the story rather than any major insights.
Respond not react, try not to get attached to the outcome, meditate, compassion and empathy.
The book got me through a trip to Orlando and back without falling asleep so it must be pretty good. Overall, the question posed by the writer is a good one. How does one balance the quest for Western world achievement and success with an "enlightened approach to life". I personally am not really sure if the two are compatible in their purest forms but certainly I can see how the enlighted approach can make the road to "Western Success" a smoother and more enjoyable ride. I have seen success come in both forms (a--hole vs empathetic approach) with the enlightened and empathetic being clearly the more enjoyable and less taxing on the mind and spirit. This book has some good insight on how take the "success" road utilizing the enlighten approach.
I would. I imagine there are several stories like this but this one is very compelling and well written.
I think it is important to cherish your life. This helps puts things in perspective and focus on what is important. I am happy he wrote this book as it is an important lesson to hear and hear again.
Maybe. He is good at motivation but lacks a bit on substance.
Ok. Nothing special.
This book is basic and really does not tell you anything new or that is not obvious. However, hearing the obvious sometimes is necessary as few people do what is obvious. The book is useful in reinforcing some very basic concepts that if followed, will lead to better results. Key point of his book which I sincerely believe is true is the concept of action. Action Action Action is the key to almost any strategy in life. I recommend listening to this if you need some motivation to act. I admire Cardone's action attitude as it is what drives results in almost any area of life.
