Raffaello (Rafe) Palazzo takes what he wants with no regrets. Arianna (Ari) Lynn Harlow has led a charmed life until tragedy strikes her family. He's looking for a no-emotions attached mistress, she's looking for redemption. They are not a pair that should ever work, but undeniable attraction and devastating tragedies bring them together in the city by the bay where he fights to keep their relationship nothing more than an enjoyable way to meet his needs, and she battles to not lose herself in him.

Would you consider the audio edition of Surrender (Volume 1) to be better than the print version?

I prefer the printed version, because the narrator made it impossible for me to enjoy the audio version.

What was one of the most memorable moments of Surrender (Volume 1)?

It was hard for me to enjoy the book due to how it was read!! And I love this book and Melody Anne.

What didn’t you like about Saskia Maarleveld’s performance?

she ws horrible the way she spoke and made Rafe sound was horrendous. Saskia extended her words a little too much and cause me to have many headaches throughout the story!!!! My question is WHY keep it posted allow some one else to reread the book and repost it.

If you were to make a film of this book, what would the tag line be?

Bend to my will......becasue I never lose.

    Any additional comments?

Please re do this book and give it the glory that it deserve!!!!!!!

Daunted by the singular tastes and dark secrets of the beautiful, tormented young entrepreneur Christian Grey, Anastasia Steele has broken off their relationship to start a new career with a Seattle publishing house. But desire for Christian still dominates her every waking thought, and when he proposes a new arrangement, Anastasia cannot resist.

Where does Fifty Shades Darker rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

This book really hits the mark by putting Ana and Christian's relationship in perspective. The way Ana begins to mold him and allow him to see his true self after the vial has been lifted is breathtaking. I love how the author begins to show the role reversals and Ana begins to see herself and what Christian has brought out of her is tantalizing.

What did you like best about this story?

The second proposal on the day of his birthday party. “You have my heart and here are the flowers”

Which character – as performed by Becca Battoe – was your favorite?

Becca really captures Christians mood and attitude. She allows you to really feel Christian emoitions. Just Tantalizing!!!!

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

The shower seen were Ana is washing off the lipstick!!The compassion that Ana has for him it brings a tear to the eye!!

    Any additional comments?

I cant wait to Christians POV.
